The webiste for the Nan Tien Buddhist temple in Wollongong contains much information about Buddhism. This temple is part of the Fo Guang Shan Chinese Buddhist order, whose headquarters are in Taiwan. It teaches what it calls a form of “humanistic Buddhism”, but much of the information on their site applies to Buddhism in general.
